You have 30 days to let us know if you are dissatisfied with your product and return your item. We will immediately advise the status of your refund after reviewing and assessing the situation. If your item is broken or faulty, please email us a photo of your item and we will provide a full refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
Please note there is a no refund or return policy if the clingfilm packaging is opened or pierced in any shape or form.
